together a lifespan ministry model that starts with children
and matures in highschool, empowering youth to become trained,
seasoned UU small group leaders, joining our adult ministry
teams before they graduate.
The
UUA administration wants YOU to lead the way as "small
group ministry is a successful grass-roots movement."
It's
up to us to do better and keep more than 10% of our born
UU's. With an integrated small group strategy I think we
can change that to 50% in five years. Imagine what that
would do to our movement.
